On October 20th, 2011 URMC hosted the 9th Annual Free Public Health Fair for the community of Coffee County.
The health fair provides Coffee County residents opportunities to meet and discuss their healthcare needs with health care specialist for free and without having to make an appointment, have a free blood screening performed at the fair by United Regional's Laboratory staff and much participate in much more provided for free by United Regional and additional participating vendors of Coffee County.

Manchester City Police Department held it's first golf tournament at Willowbrook on September 20th to raise money for a toy drive the department has each year helping to provide toys for Manchester's children every Christmas.
United Regional Medical Center and other participants of the tournament helped the police department to raise $4000 for the toy drive this year.
